The Restoring Balance workshop has been a profound resource for our team. These workshops provided our staff with the space, tools, and culturally grounded support to heal, reflect, and reconnect with their purpose.
The expressive arts, group healing, and ancestral practices aligned beautifully with our own holistic values. CCTS understands the unique challenges that BIPOC-led organizations like ours face, and they met those challenges with care, empathy, and professionalism.

As a social worker and a person of color, carrying the weight of historical and racial trauma is part of my daily reality—both personally and professionally. This workshop offered a space that felt culturally affirming and deeply healing. For the first time in a long time, I felt seen, heard, and restored.
